Our Services
Inspection Service
We will conduct a careful inspection on your home to ensure the highest quality is achieved throughout. An inspection will take between 2-4 hours depending on the size of the property. An e-report will then be issued within 48hrs for you to present to the developer for them to action in an agreed given time period.
Cost Scale
£250 for a 1-2 Bedroom Flat
£300 for Houses with up to 3 Bedrooms
£25 will be charged for every additional Bedroom inclusive of en-suites for houses with more than 3 Bedrooms
Integral and external garage inspections are included within the cost
A deposit of £50 is payable on booking your inspection and is non-refundable. The balance is due on completion of the inspection prior to issuing the report.
Additional Services
A camera survey of the foul and storm drainage systems below and around your property can also be organised. This is to make sure there are no blockages left from construction works and that any joints in the pipes are fully connected. Once completed you will be provided with a printed report and DVD recording.
